紙箱包裝印刷企業要建立起法律風險防御體系，一旦接受委托印刷注冊商標標識的，應當特別做好三方面的工作。
依法驗證《商標注冊證》，并核查委托人提供的注冊商標圖樣;接受注冊商標被許可使用人委托，印刷注冊商標標識的，印刷企業還應當驗證注冊商標使用許可合同。
印刷企業管理人員應當按照要求填寫《商標印制業務登記表》，載明委托人所提供的證明文件的主要內容，《商標印制業務登記表》中的圖樣應當由商標印制單位業務主管人員加蓋騎縫章。商標標識印制完畢，商標印制單位應當在15天內提取標識樣品，連同《商標印制業務登記表》、《商標注冊證》復印件、商標使用許可合同復印件、商標印制授權書復印件等一并造冊存檔。
印刷企業應當建立商標標識出入庫制度，商標標識出入庫應當登記臺賬。廢次標識應當集中進行銷毀，不得流入社會。
